6.3 Non-standard items may be offered on request, subject to a separate quotation. Any complaints regarding rental items must be lodged before the event's opening.
7.1 GABA and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, except for death or personal injury resulting from GABA's negligence or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
7.2 GABA is not liable for visa grants required to attend events or conferences. In the event that an attendee’s visa is not granted, tickets will not be refunded.
